Payment Terms

All payments for courses on field production must be made in full at the time of enrolment. We accept major credit cards and other approved payment methods. Once payment is processed, access to course materials is granted immediately.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available only if requested within 14 days of purchase and before any course content has been accessed. No refunds will be issued after content access or for partial course completion. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].

Cancellations

You may cancel your enrolment prior to accessing materials by contacting us. Cancellations after access will not be eligible for refund under Australian Consumer Law provisions for digital goods.
